Sally Smith

PARALEGAL

Litigation Paralegal Sally Smith joined David B. Parker’s firm Parker Shaffie & Patel in 1998. Ms. Smith has over 20 years of experience in litigation with extensive experience in State and Federal trials. Ms. Smith started her paralegal career in 1989 at Lewis, D’Amato, Brisbois & Bisgaard where she gained extensive experience working on complex litigation matters involving directors and officers insurance, construction defects, and business litigation. Ms. Smith graduated with honors from Rio Hondo College in 1988 with an Associate’s degree and paralegal certificate from their American Bar Association approved paralegal program. In 2009, Ms. Smith graduated from California State University, Fullerton, cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in communication disorders. In 2010, Ms. Smith served as a contributing author for the National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association’s publication The Communication Sciences Student Survival Guide, Second Edition. Additionally, Ms. Smith has extensive experience in the area of e-Discovery and in 2019, Ms. Smith obtained Certification as an E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS).
