Adrian Gragas
SENIOR COUNSEL
Adrian Gragas, Senior Counsel, joined Parker Shaffie LLP in 2024. Mr. Gragas is an experienced trial attorney with a diverse civil litigation practice, and practiced in California state and federal court. Mr. Gragas has vast experience representing corporate, municipal, and other clients in complex, and high-exposure general liability. He has tried cases to verdict in both state and federal courts. Mr. Gragas is experienced, seasoned and well-versed in providing his clients with strategic counsel to help them make better-informed decisions to assist in managing and developing risk management strategies.
Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Mr. Gragas was the Division Chief of General Litigation for one of California’s largest government entities. Additionally, he was Senior Counsel for a national civil litigation law firm and represented government and private entities in high profile litigation matters.
Mr. Gragas’ professional liability practice includes handling errors and omissions claims against attorneys, medical professionals, insurance agents and brokers, and real estate agents and brokers.
In the general liability area, Mr. Gragas’ practice involves high-exposure personal injury claims whether it be due to environmental hazards, dangerous conditions, or law enforcement excessive use of force incidents. He has also handled premise liability and dangerous condition of public property litigation. Additionally, Mr. Gragas has handled hundreds of automobile liability cases and represented parties in pre-litigation accident investigations as well as high-exposure accidents involving wrongful death, catastrophic injuries and substantial exposure personal injury cases.
